Our Mission
The Lowcountry Veterans Home provides safe, supportive transitional housing for homeless United States military veterans throughout the Lowcountry region. In partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we offer a structured, drug- and alcohol-free environment that promotes stability, dignity, and recovery.
Through comprehensive social work services and individualized support, we empower veterans to take ownership of their recovery journey and successfully transition to independent living.

In addition to providing safe and stable housing, we offer nutritious meals, transportation assistance, educational, and employment opportunities through our extensive network of community partners. Our objective is to equip each veteran with the resources, skills, and support necessary to achieve stable employment and secure permanent housing upon successful completion of the program.
